Responsibilities:

This main responsibility of this intern is to support the Recruiting team in helping us grow our business while learning the ins and outs of recruiting employees, mainly drivers.

  • Perform outbound and inbound phone screens of candidates
  • Review call reports and database searches to identify missed opportunities
  • Data entry and clerical duties • Source candidates for open positions through research
  • Represent the company at industry events, recruiting events or in the field
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop creative ways to increase the company’s brand in the industry
  • Assist with application screening, recruiting, onboarding and other hiring efforts as needed

Must have:

Team oriented and positive attitude is a must!

Self-starter with a desire to grow

Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple competing priorities at once

Excellent communication skills

The capability of learning quickly

Capacity to think critically to solve problems and think outside the box

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

You don’t need to have recruiting experience to excel in this position as we will train you, however, you can really hit the ground running if you have education and/or experience in marketing, business, human resources or related field.
